Changed your mind? You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying SlipSnap Pro, no questions asked.
How to ask for a refund
Email athif194@yahoo.com from the email you paid with, and include the receipt number from your receipt email (it looks like “Receipt #1234-5678”).
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are given if Pro doesn’t work for you and we can’t fix it, if you were charged twice, or if a Pro feature you paid for is removed without a replacement.
How long it takes
Refunds go back the way you paid, through Stripe, and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to Pro
Once refunded, Pro can no longer be restored with your receipt, and your Pro key should no longer be used. Images you already saved are yours to keep.
